Cucumber & Tomato Sandwich

Makes: 1 Serving

 

Ingredients:

 

2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
1/2 Avocado - Cut
1 Tomato - Sliced
1 Leaf Lettuce
1/2 Cucumber - Sliced

 

Directions:

  1. Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  2. Add leaf of lettuce, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and avocado piecs.
