Oatmeal Apple Pancakes

Makes: 10 pancakes

Ingredients:

 

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tablespoons Bran
1/8 Cup Oats
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cup Natural Apple Juice
1 Cup Mashed Apple

 

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add mashed apples.
  3. Add Juice to dry ingredients & stir.
  4. Cook in a non-stick skillet.
  5. Flip pancakes and cook until both sides are brown.
