Breakfast Burritos

Makes: 2 Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:

 

2 Large Tortillas
1 Bunch Scallions - Diced
1 Medium Green Pepper - Diced
1/4 Lb. Mushrooms - Sliced
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3 Eggs or 4 Ounces of Liquid Fake Eggs

 

Directions:

  1. Add scallions, green pepper, and mushrooms to a nonstick skillet. Saute.
  2. Pour in eggs or liquid egg substitute.
  3. Cook & mix ingredients.
  4. Add ingredients to tortillas and top with sour cream.
